By accessing marketreadymethod.com or modernstager.com (the "Sites"), purchasing any product or service, or using any digital tools we provide, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Sites or services.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on our Sites — including but not limited to the Market Ready Method™ framework, the Market Ready Score™, the Market Ready Quick Plan™, the Market Ready Blueprint™, training materials, templates, Canva files, graphics, course content, and written materials — are the proprietary intellectual property of Modern Stager and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our content, products, or methodology without express written permission. Licensed users (Market Ready Strategists™) are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely as defined in their separate Licensing Agreement.
3. Products & Digital Downloads
We offer digital products including but not limited to the Market Ready Quick Plan™ and associated toolkits. Due to the nature of digital downloads: All sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded.
You are purchasing a personal, non-commercial license to use the materials for your own home sale preparation or professional practice (as applicable).
You may not share, redistribute, or resell digital products.
4. Licensing Program
Participation in the Market Ready Method™ licensing program (Market Ready Strategists™) is governed by a separate Licensing Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Licensing Agreement, the Licensing Agreement shall prevail with respect to licensed activities.
5. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of your purchase. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card information.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that our tools, methods, or strategies will produce specific results for your home sale or business. Real estate outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Modern Stager and Market Ready Method™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Sites, products, or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use our Sites or services to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

4. Email Marketing & Consent
If you complete a quiz, download a free resource, or opt in on our Sites, you may be added to our email list.
